As much as I look forward to Charlotte\u2019s south of the border updates, I can\u2019t help thinking of that scene in the film Local Hero<\/a>, where the wristwatch that\u2019s set to beep when it\u2019s meeting time in Houston gets subdued, and ultimately silenced, by the Scottish surf.
